CONNECTING-MANAGERS® Relational network
CONNECTING-MANAGERS® is a Relational Network which comes from an idea by its Chairman Luigi Fusco and by some managers and professionals in the marketing and communications fields, as free access for professional workers to the world of corporate marketing and consultancy in global and integrated communication.
The members include marketing, commercial and sales managers of Italian and International companies in the consumer and industrial goods sectors, as well as owners and managers of advertising companies, promotion agencies, incentive companies, conference organisers, public relations companies, advertising concessionaries and services structures regarding the complex world of Marketing as well as information professionals (press, tv, radio and web). Its mission is in its name: “Connecting-Managers®” in other words developing interpersonal relations amongst the members in order to create profitable, useful, proactive collaborations based firstly on human trust and then on professional trust. The inspiring principal which has become a slogan is: “Acting is good, interacting is even better!” The Network is apolitical and is a no profit organisation. Joining is absolutely free.
Aims
-Creating associative events like meetings and moments for exchanging cultural and managerial experience -Stimulating entrepreneurial or managerial growth, promoting profitable professional collaboration of new businesses -Setting up synergic relations with Associations, Authorities, Federations and University, cultural, industrial, commercial, economic and financial institutions -Creating innovative, strategic and operative working teams (or groups) amongst members in order to satisfy the specific but at the same time complex requirements of the services and advanced tertiary sector and to create a better economic position for the teams' companies in today's highly competitive market. It is well known that in union there is strength. -Offering grants and professional internships for providing young talented people with access to the labour world -Promoting and creating social solidarity and charity initiatives
Activity
The activity of the network is externalised through social or in any case free time events. These events make it easier to achieve the primary aim of promoting better knowledge between members, and above all of creating a flow of both information useful for carrying out its own activity and of functional ideas for starting up co-marketing operations between companies as well as relational initiatives to develop profitable interpersonal relations of reciprocal collaboration.
Communication instruments
The Network has created an interactive portal www.connecting-managers.com which is useable and extremely convenient and which is a new, useful and absolutely free of charge communication tool for all Marketing, Communication and Information operators or professionals
Relations with other associations The Network keeps close contact with other managerial associations to promote relations between the members of the different associations regarding the Marketing and Communication environment.

Regulations
Men or women over the age of twenty who have obtained at least the Middle School leaving certificate and who have been working in the marketing and Communication sectors for at least two years with the following professional qualifications can join the Network free of charge: Professionals – Managers – Businesspersons – Consultants – Owners – Students – Teachers – Clerical workers and officers – Journalists and Publicists Members are obliged to observe ethical rules of behaviour which respect the opinions and the freedom of choice of others, as well as the professional deontology, both in Italy and abroad, otherwise they will be excluded.
Acknowledgements
